This is one recipe we can't get enough of right now! Maybe it's the cooler mornings, and those fall feels, or maybe it's the fact that this is literally like a giant warming chocolate hug in a mug. We haven't been able to stop sipping on this for the past week, and we know it's a recipe we'll be coming back to time and time again. 

What's even better is that it's super simple to make, and most of all deeply grounding and balancing, for both your hormones and really just life in general - (because everything just feels better when chocolate's involved, right?!)

Cacao Moon Milk

Simply add: 

➕ 1 cup of your favourite plant-based milk (loving organic oat milk atm for that extra creamy texture)
➕ a heaping tsp of @pranasnacks raw cacao powder (be as generous as you like here!!)⁠
➕a tsp of @lunaa_adaptogens blend (whatever phase you are in totally works here! ~ because hormone health every day!)⁠
➕a dash of organic maple syrup if you like it sweet ⁠
➕and a BIG dose of Vitamin L (aka LOVE)⁠

Heat on the stove, whisk all together, and let lightly bubble before pouring into your most beautiful mug. Top with rose petals for some extra high vibes. ⁠
